We provide a stable market with excellent service utilizing financially strong insurance carriers. Centrex writes Liquor Liability in 43 states and Washington, D.C​.  Centrex writes Monoline Liquor in addition to pairing Liquor with General Liability.

Liquor Liability Coverage Limits

Coverage

  • Occurrence Form

  • The Limits of Liability apply on an each common cause and aggregate basis

  • Defense costs are covered in addition to the policy limits

  • No deductible or SIR - first dollar coverage

  • Aggregate Limit applies separately to each designated Insured Premises (unless quoted otherwise)

  • Additional Insured - Employees coverage is included at no additional charge

  • Additional Insured - Volunteers coverage is included at no additional charge for fraternal clubs, special events, and caterers

  • Coverage is afforded only to the designated Insured Premises scheduled on the policy in addition to certain off-premises catering

 

Optional Coverage

  • Assault & Battery coverage available as a buy-back on most risks at an additional charge

  • Additional Insured - Lessor coverage and/or coverage for other additional insureds is optionally available for a minimal additional premium

  • Federal “Act of Terrorism” coverage is optionally available at an additional charge

  • If the A&B Sub-Limit is bound, the A&B Sub-Limit is $100,000/$200,000 (with defense costs for A&B INCLUDED within the A&B Sub-Limit).

 

Limits of Liability Available

$50,000 Each Common Cause/Aggregate up to $1,000,000 Each Common Cause/ $2,000,000 Aggregate
